    Snow Pictures

Pictures for Ms. Havel's classroom from Katy, Texas! Enjoy.

Snow drifts on our playground. Our grounds crew started to shovel, but realized there was too much to push as the piles of snow wouldn't melt for weeks!

This is actually a drainage area and is a low lying area of our playground.

Our track and football field is elevated and I am standing on our playground!

I tried to reach as far as possible in the snow drift and could only read this far. When I took this pictures I was squatting and was at eye level of the yardstick!

Snow drift by between our kindergarten and library. Luckily, this is not the entrance they use to get there!

Picture taken at my home. The snow was blowing SO HARD it gathers between the screen and storm window! There is about 2-3 inches of snow.

    Snow drifts between the homes.

You can see the drift and then where the grass is trying to peek out.

I thought your students may get a kick out of these pictures as well. These were sent by my aunt and are pictures of my cousins. They live in Connecticut...

My uncle is pointing to their MAILBOX!
