WHAT IF PAPER
Part 1 – Students pick a historical event from 1750-1950, detail the events leading up to the event of their choosing and the results that followed. This portion of the paper should be 1.5-2.5 pages, double-spaced, no larger than 12 pt font with 1 inch margins.
Part 2 – Students then re-write history having the even never take place. This portion of the paper should be 1.5-2.5 pages.
Paper is due May 15th.
MIP PRESENTATIONS
Students are to pick one person from the 1700s, 1800s, and 1900s and create a presentation detailing why they think that person was the most influential person of that century. Presentations should be 5-7 minutes in length. Students need to turn in a copy of visual aids they would use and notes for the presentation. For extra credit they can actually present to the class or film themselves giving the presentation.
Presentations are due May 17th
